  • WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED?
    Skin Beauty Bar requires a Mastercard, Visa or Discover when scheduling an appointment. We accept Care Credit for payments over $200 and only for full priced services Each service is customized for each guest. All promotions are final sale no refunds. All deposits are nonrefundable and transferable. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment your deposit is non refundable. No refunds or exchanges. In addition, we only accept cash gratuity. Therefore, gratuity can not be placed on your credit card. Our business has grown significantly in the last year, so we are updating our TERMS & CONDITIONS to better serve our community. These changes will be effective for all existing customers and appointments booked after January 1, 2018. All deposits are non transferable or refundable. If you pay a deposit it is not refundable or transferable. All promotion pricing is non refundable or transferable. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment you deposit or payment is non We understand that there are occasions when a client must cancel/miss an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or a scheduling conflict beyond his or her control. Please understand when a client fails to show up for an appointment, or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, our valuable time and resources are idle. More importantly, a client service opportunity is missed. No exception will be made to waive the fee. Notification given less than 48 business hours prior to the appointment time or failure to show up for your appointment will result in 100% charged minus the deposit already paid. ​

  • HOW LONG DOES BODY HAIR NEED TO BE TO GET A WAXING DONE?
    Hair has to be 1/8 of an inch to have waxing services performed.
  • DO YOU OFFER NUMBING FOR WAXING SERVICES?
    We retail numbing solution for waxing. However, it must be applied 20-30 minutes prior to your appointment.
  • IF I AM ON MEDICATION CAN I STILL DO WAXING?
    If you using prescribed medicine such as Retin A or other topical medicines waxing will not be performed. See our Waxing FAQ's
  • CAN I BRING MY CHILD WITH ME?
    We are boutique spa and do not allow children unless they are being serviced.
  • WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING MY CELL PHONE?
    Please silence all cellular phones while having services at the spa.
  • WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREP FOR SPRAY TANNING?
    If you are having an airbrush tan please exfoliate and perform all hair removal prior to your appointment. You must wear dark loose clothing and allow the solution to set. Therefore, you will not be able to shower for 6 hours after the application of your airbrush tan. See our Tanning Prep instructions
  • DO YOU OFFER SPA PARTIES OR BOOKING FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON?
    Spa Parties are available up to 10 guest. These services may range from facials, waxing and body contouring. Pricing is based on the services and guests.
